We have two very clear focus' at Mia Mia, that is pasta and wine and in our opinion there isn't a better match.
Our menu is small with a strong focus on seasonal and quality ingredients. Chef Thomas Chiumento has built a menu based on his Italian heritage, produce knowledge and experience. Pasta takes centre stage here with a menu thats designed to be shared but for those who done want to share their pasta.. we understand!
Our wine list comprises of the best Italy has to offer, whilst also showing us that Italian varietals are on the up in Australia. From small biodynamic and organic producers we show you what makes pasta and wine the perfect combination.
